“The commitment you made to make the sale a reality was unparalleled. The selling price was equal to my investment and the buyer saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by purchasing here in the US.”
“When it comes to putting a deal together and taking care of all the complex details I encountered during a yacht deal, Dean is relentless! That’s why I chose him to represent me when it came time to sell the Pershing I purchased through him.”
Dear Dean, Thank you for selling Special T so quick!
This was record time for me.
What was also so impressive was after the sale had been done Dean still stayed around to help me fit the boat out with all new electronics, converters and the list goes on..
Dean found a buyer and sold my 68 Azimut S in the midst of all kinds of hurdles….
This is dedication. No matter what, you find the way to help.
“Dean, Thank you for your yacht knowledge, thoroughness and dedication. You saved us several hundred thousand dollars on the perfect yacht!”
You did a lot of work researching the market and educating me on current prices. A strong market presentation, boat show presence and video put the yacht in front of many potential buyers.
Finally on the 11th hour as a buyer was scheduled to sea trial the vessel, you pitched in and literally scrubbed the decks to give the teak a final prep. Needless to say the yacht looked great for the sea trial and sold due to your hard work.
“Dean was in constant communication with me working very hard to ensure that I had what I needed. I found myself calling Dean for advice and counsel- and I very much trusted his judgement and opinion. He never steered me wrong.”
“If you would like to work with a yacht broker who fights hard for his clients and takes care of all the details call Dean Anthony.”
“We utilized the Westport market analysis Dean prepared for us to help us figure out which 112′ yacht was the best deal at the time. The facts contained in the report helped us strategically negotiate a great price on a 2010 model… Dean went way above and beyond the normal duties I expected from a yacht broker during and after the purchase of our 141′ Christiansen.”
” I would recommend Dean to anyone considering buying or selling a yacht…His marketing plan and promotion of my yacht were very effective as she was sold in just 180 days from the time I listed with him”

“ You went the extra mile after the sale to make sure everything continued to go well for us and found us the perfect captain.”
“Dean found me a deal on the yacht that I really wanted that was so attractive, I canceled the deal I had on going another boat. After a few years when I decided to sell, Dean found a retail buyer in Europe, hired a translator, arranged for shipping, and flew to Greece to deliver it to the new owner to keep the deal together. Now that’s service!”
Established: 1954
Located: Pulaski, Wisconsin
Construction: Fiberglass
Category: Motoryachts, Pilothouse
Worth Noting: Carver Yacht Group currently employs more than 1,000 people.
In 1954 in a Milwaukee garage, Charlie Carter and George Verhagen began building mahogany-planked, high-speed runabouts. What started as a hobby soon turned into a business as word quickly spread, and the two fledgling boat builders began selling boats to friends. By combining the first three letters of their last names, the Carver Boat Corporation was born.
In 1956, the two entrepreneurs moved their growing business to Pulaski, Wisconsin, to take advantage of the area’s dedicated work force and excellent transportation facilities. They built mahogany boats throughout the 1960s, adding cabin cruisers to an expanding lineup. In the 1970s, the switch was made to fiberglass hulls, with additional advances that included larger cabin designs and the introduction of the popular 32 Mariner.
By the 1980s, Carver had expanded sales beyond the Great Lakes region to truly become a recognized leader in the luxury motor yacht market. In fact, the motor yacht became synonymous with the Carver brand in the early 1990s. In 1991, Carver was acquired by Genmar Holdings, Inc. By the late 1990s, all Carver Yachts included no structural wood below the waterline, and fiberglass stringers. In 2000, the largest Carver Yacht was introduced-the 57 Voyager Pilothouse.
In 2003, the company acquired manufacturing facilities in Fano, Italy, to build its new line of Nuvari Yachts, partnering with the respected naval architecture firm Nuvolari-Lenard. The year also marked the debut of the Wisconsin-built Marquis Class.
