Dean is former owner and general manager of Dean Anthony Yachts, where he grew the company from start-up and used his signature multi-channel marketing strategy and a highly accurate comparative market analysis methodology to secure a much shorter market time than industry average while still producing superior net proceeds for ultra-high-net-worth clientele. Prior to managing Dean Anthony Yachts, Dean worked as a senior sales executive at HMY Yacht Sales, where he was always of the top 10 percent in gross sales, repeatedly earned top salesman of the year, performed detailed competitive analysis reports, and generated $54.3 million in personal gross sales and $2.3 million in corporate net profit. Dean began his career in 1985 as owner, manager, and service technician for Diesel Engineering Marine Service.

Dean holds a degree in Diesel Engineering and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has advanced his education in business and diesel engineering through Florida Institute of Technology, Babson College, Florida Institute of Technology, and Nova Southeastern University. He’s a current member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association (FYBA) and volunteer at Christ Fellowship, Belle Glade Life Center, and Save the Children. Dean resides in West Palm Beach with his wife and two of his children.
